Where are you based in?

We are based in a small city in Turkey. We create all of our products with our small team.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Handmade items are made-to-order and it takes 2-3 weeks to knit and ship your order.

The shipment usually takes 2-5 days.

Can I exchange/return my order?

Since they are all made-to-order, we sadly cannot offer exchanges and returns for handmade items but if you have any problems with your order feel free to contact us!

What happens if I don't accept the package after it has been shipped?

If you do not accept the package, any shipping costs we paid (if applicable) for both sending and returning the package, as well as any additional customs fees, will be deducted from your refund.

Do I have to pay customs charges on my order?

Yes, taxes are not included in our prices. Import VAT will be owed by the customer at delivery. Any added taxes and import duties are the full responsibility of the buyer.

DHL or your country’s customs authorities will contact you about the VAT process.

Please be aware that if you decide not to take the order after it arrives to your delivery address and the purchase returns to us, we will not be responsible for the refunding of any costs.

How do I care for my I Feel So Cool knitwear piece?

We recommend hand-washing for longer use. Use warm water and add a gentle detergent. Leave the garment to soak for a little while (10-15 minutes) And then gently remove excess water, and lay the item flat on a dry towel. Never wring or scrub, it can cause it to become misshapen. If there's still too much water, repeat this step with a new dry towel. Do not place it under direct sunlight.

Hanging a sweater on the hanger will cause it to stretch unnaturally, causing the hanger to imprint an unnatural impression on the shoulders as well. So please don't hang your knitted items, it's better to fold them.
